Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Policy
At Created Gems, we take pride in offering handcrafted gemstone jewelry made with care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Refunds are only accepted if the product is returned at the time of delivery. Please check the item in front of the delivery executive and return it immediately if unsatisfied.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags and authenticity certificates (if applicable).
- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order gemstone jewelry.
- Gift cards, promotional giveaways, or free items.
- Products that show signs of wear, usage, or damage not caused during delivery.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled under the following guidelines:
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled after 24 hours may incur a processing fee of 10% to cover material blocking and handling costs.
- Orders once shipped cannot be canceled. You may refer to our return policy instead.
