Eligibility for Returns

• Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your product.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging along with any certificates, tags, or pouches provided.
• Custom-made, engraved, or personalized gemstone jewelry is not eligible for return unless received in damaged condition.

How to Process a Return

• Email us at support@createdgems.in with your order number and a brief reason for return.
• Our support team will verify the request and provide return shipping instructions.
• Items must be shipped securely and reach us in original condition for the return to be approved.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process. If approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 15 business days.
